Prices are in US dollars. The monthly allowance is a ceiling; delivery is limited by the number of buyers in your target.

  1. We only deliver a buyer with a verified email: a person's address or the company's general address (like info@). Each lead shows which one it is and where the person's job title came from.
  2. When you start a search, the number you ask for is reserved. Only delivered leads count against your allowance. If fewer than you asked for come out, if a search can't finish, or if you stop it, the part we didn't deliver returns when the search ends.
  3. If an address we delivered bounces permanently, send us the bounce message within 30 days of delivery and we restore that lead's allowance (details on the Terms of use page).
  4. Searching for leads does not use AI credits. Credits are used for: email drafts, deep research, manual enrichment, site analysis, new target plans, personalizing campaign emails, and classifying incoming replies.
  5. In completed searches, you'll find in Review, at no charge, up to as many buyer companies as the leads we couldn't deliver, with their website and buyer evidence.
  6. The monthly lead allowance resets on the first day of each calendar month (UTC); unused leads don't carry over.
  7. In markets where the delivery rate is low, your monthly search budget can run out before your allowance does; we say so on screen. For extra budget, write to info@alvaraai.com.
