Terms of use

These terms govern how you use the Alvara AI website and app. By opening an account or using the service, you accept them.

Last updated: 28 October 2026.

What the service is

Alvara AI works out your ideal customer profile from your web address, lists the companies and contacts that fit it and writes an email draft for each lead. Depending on your plan you can export the list and prepare campaign drafts. Plan limits are listed on the pricing page.

We don't send email for you

Alvara AI doesn't send email on your behalf. You review the draft we write, edit it as you like and send it from your own email account.

You are responsible for what a draft says, for who receives it and for when it is sent. Drafts are written with AI and can be wrong or incomplete, so read them before you send.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service for anything unlawful or misleading, or to send bulk messages that recipients haven't asked for. Don't write to people who have said they don't want to be contacted, and follow the rules on commercial email and personal data protection. Don't use someone else's account or access without permission.

Websites you analyze

Enter only websites that you own or are authorized to analyze. Don't enter someone else's website without their permission; if you enter a site you aren't authorized to analyze, the responsibility is yours. Alvara AI reads public pages only. If you break this rule, we may restrict your account.

Your account and plan

Keep your account details accurate; you are responsible for the security of your account. The Free and paid plans come with the limits shown on the pricing page. If you want to close your account, just write to us; we may restrict it if you break these terms.

Data

Lead details are compiled from public sources and data providers and can be incomplete or out of date. How personal data is processed, including that of your account and of the people in your lead lists, is described in our privacy notice.

Changes

Features and these terms may change as we improve the service. If we change the terms, we update the date at the top of this page.

Allowance, refunds and bounced addresses

Only delivered leads count against your monthly lead allowance; the part we didn't deliver returns when the search ends. A buyer company without a verified email isn't a lead; in completed searches we show, at no charge, up to as many of them in Review as the leads we couldn't deliver.

If an email you send to a delivered address bounces permanently (the address or domain doesn't exist; 5.1.1 or 5.1.10), forward the bounce message as a raw .eml file to info@alvaraai.com within 30 days of delivery. The period runs to the day the notice reaches us, not the day we process it. If the recipient in the bounce (Final-Recipient) matches our delivery record, we restore that lead's allowance.

Temporary errors (full mailbox, spam block, 5.7.x codes) are out of scope. “The person doesn't work at the company” and “not a suitable buyer” aren't grounds for a refund. Refunds are made directly for up to 5 percent of the leads delivered in the last 30 days (rounded up); we review any beyond that one by one.
